He has guided the company’s operations, market positioning and international presence while engaging with partners, customers and industry events to showcase products for live production, outside broadcast and fixed installations. Paul's role involves championing innovative solutions and representing the company in industry forums and trade shows, and he has been recognised for his part in advancing fibre-based signal transport technology.

Anil Parmar

Sales & Marketing Director

Anil Parmar is a professional with broad experience across the broadcast, telecommunications and professional AV sectors, focusing on signal transport solutions. His work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical delivery, supporting broadcasters, system integrators and technology partners in deploying video, audio and data transport systems for live production and mission critical environments. He is actively engaged in global collaborations, focusing on partnership development, product positioning and customer engagement, and is recognised as a commercially driven technology leader with strong industry relationships and deep market knowledge.

Samir Mansuri

Technical Director

Samir Mansuri is Technical Director at Bluebell Opticom Ltd, with over two decades of experience in broadcast engineering and technology development. He leads technical strategy across product development, R&D and customer solutions, ensuring Bluebell’s platforms meet the practical demands of live production, outside broadcast and fixed installations. His background includes the design of specialist camera systems and broadcast infrastructure, working on bespoke and high-reliability systems used in some of the world’s most demanding live broadcasts.

Elham Mohebzadeh

Sales Administrator

Elham Mohebzadeh is a Sales Administrator at Bluebell Opticom Ltd, supporting the commercial team across quoting, customer engagement, and day-to-day sales operations. He plays a key role in managing customer enquiries, preparing technical quotations, and maintaining the sales pipeline, acting as a front-line point of contact for clients. Working closely with the Sales Director, he assists across a wide range of commercial activities, ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and ongoing projects.

Hasib Mohebzadeh

Embedded Systems Engineer

Hasib is a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience delivering broadcast hardware and software solutions. Holding a Master’s degree in Advanced Electronic and Electrical Engineering (AEEE), he specialises in SMPTE ST 2110 systems and high-reliability embedded products, helping customers deploy dependable solutions with confidence.
